Director Human Resources appointed for Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai

Welcoming Dany to the team, Mr Gertz acknowledged his strong background in both hospitality operations and human resources management:

Dany is an active and enthusiastic member of the Executive Team, who will be totally responsible for the human resources aspect of Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai, including recruitment and training. His personal focus on employee motivation and skill development matches our corporate philosophies exactly. He is a welcome addition to our dedicated team."

As Human Resources Manager for Abdul Rahman Hallab & Sons in Lebanon, with 400 employees, Dany was most recently responsible for structuring the HR department, team building, setting policies & procedures together with recruitment & training. His hospitality experience was gained in the Gefinor Rotana Hotel, Beirut, Lebanon where he was responsible for over 250 members of staff.
