Central Trade and Auto Co. / Toyota achieves ISO certification

Central Trade and Auto Co. (CTA), exclusive dealer of Toyota in Jordan, has received ISO 9001:2000 Certification following a qualification process and a visit from the ISO conformity team which highlighted the quality performance and standard of services offered by its auto maintenance centre.

"We are proud of our auto maintenance centre, which truly embodies the image of the Toyota brand, one that is built on consistency in offering the best level of quality and adopting the highest world standards to suit the ongoing needs of our customers. Obtaining the ISO Certificate is another milestone which fuels our determination to constantly offer the finest for our customers at all times,"

Mr. George Haddad, President of the Central Trade and Auto Co., said.

The maintenance center, which is equipped with the latest machinery, tools and technology, follows a certain scientific methodology for testing and maintaining vehicles. The service process incorporates a number of stages and calculated actions that begins the moment the customer checks his car into the reception area right through until the vehicle is tested, amended and delivered back in the least time required.

For his part, Eng. Wasfi Jaduon, CTA Service Manager, said that the company always puts its customers at the forefront and that all dealings with them are transparent. "The Center offers its customers an appointment service and real-time screens to monitor the maintenance process, as well as an estimation of the time needed to complete the work on their cars. In that same context, clear and visible price lists are located in the reception area, adding to the convenience and professional set-up," Jaduon said.

CTA shows keen interest in developing its staff and improving their technical skills by providing professional training opportunities. The company believes that achieving quality requires an inside out approach, which necessitates constantly reminding its staff on the importance of quality in surpassing customers' expectations.

Haddad added that the company provides a real service concept, which not only promises but also delivers convenience and customer satisfaction, adding that CTA continuously works on improving its performance.
