Emaar unveils Nuran

Nuran Serviced Residences has been revealed as Emaar Properties' latest subsidiary, as the property firm expands into the leisure and hospitality sector. Nuran Serviced Residences are set to be established at three of Emaar's developments. First to be released on to the market is Nuran Al Majara at Dubai Marina, followed by Nuran Al Alka Residences at The Greens and then The Residences at Burj Dubai Downtown.
