Bird flu drill in AD

A major bird flu outbreak on a poultry farm was simulated at Abu Dhabi's Zayed Sports City on Saturday, reported Gulf News. 230 people were supposedly infected by the virus as the National Committee for Emergency Response to Bird Flu carried out its second drill to help it deal with any real outbreak in the future. The police, health authorities and the military all participated in the exercise.
