The two-and-a-half-year contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately $5.1 million.
The Buildings by Daman, designed by architectural firm Perkins & Will, is a mixed-use residential and commercial complex consisting of two towers: a 64- story residential, hotel and serviced apartment tower and a 14-story office and retail tower. Surrounded by sculpture gardens and water features, these two buildings will have a total gross built-up area of 2.85 million square feet. The project broke ground in mid-December 2005 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2008.
