- United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, June 07 - 2006 at 08:42
- PRESS RELEASE
i-mate, the specialist in Windows Mobile hardware and software solutions and services, is encouraging developers to provide business focused applications at the Microsoft Mobile & Embedded DevCon 2006, taking place from the 6th to 8th June, at the Acropolis, Nice, France.
The Dubai headquartered Windows Mobile® specialist is platinum sponsor of the Microsoft Developer Conference. Moss added: "This event showcases key mobility enterprise solutions and gives developers a fantastic platform to show their innovative applications."
Moss opens the second day of the conference with a key session on what functionality and applications mobile business customers are looking for in Windows Mobile® handsets. Key presentation topics are i-mate™ Suite, the customized solution for enterprises large and small, device capabilities and the new i-mate™ Developer Devices.
The i-mate™ K-JAM DD and i-mate™ JASJAR DD - launched in Las Vegas in May - allow developers to test and debug privileged applications and solutions in real-time directly on the end-user product. i-mate™ expects the kits to further accelerate the development of Windows Mobile® applications for i-mate™ devices.
With the i-mate™ Developers Devices, engineers will have access to privileged functions in the testing environment without the need to sign applications with third party security certificates. They also allows developers to verify their applications and security model using special Microsoft® development certificates.
The conference also features a "speed dating" forum giving developers three minutes of undivided attention to demonstrate their best Windows Mobile® application to the audience.
