full_contact concentrates on removing space between different disciplines in the agency, between agency and client, and between communication and consumers. Although the full_contact tools are similar to the ones previously implemented, now the focus is on entire teams sharing the responsibility of all the tools rather than having different departments responsible for each.
More than 50 people from the teams of the Horizon.FCB offices of Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh and Kuwait and the Brand Connection team from Dubai attended the training in the presence of Rafic Saadeh, Chairman and CEO, Horizon Holdings and Saad Hijjawi, Vice Chairman, Earlier in the week the training was also held in Cairo where more than 35 people from the Horizon.FCB offices of Amman, Beirut and Cairo participated.
