- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, June 08 - 2006 at 08:55
- PRESS RELEASE
The eagerly-anticipated Middle East Contact Centre World 2006 Forum (CCW '06) is set to take place in Dubai on June 11/12, and leading regional call centre players Xceed and Buzz have both chosen the event to enhance their profiles in the market.
For the event itself, Xceed has chosen the theme of "Xceeding Customer Service Xcellence". Currently rated as the largest OSP in the Middle East, Xceed has been winning much new "international" business with high profile clients such as Microsoft, General Motors and Oracle. With an ever expanding range of service offerings, Xceed is also actively pursuing regional opportunities. It's strategy to plan, implement and operate a contact centre, either "with you or on behalf of you" appears to be resonating very strongly with potential customers in the market at present.
Also expanding rapidly is the UAE's fast growing outsourcer, BUZZ Contact Centre Solutions. Buzz has over tripled in size over the last two years and in using CCW '06 to emphasize its capabilities in particular vertical BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) markets such as finance, hospitality and telecoms and its width of client offerings encompassing customer service, telemarketing, lead generation, technical support and market research.
