Turkey's Premier inaugurates 2nd Turkish Arab Forum sponsored by Sama Dubai

The 2nd Turkish Arab Economic Forum (TAF), being held in Istanbul from June 8-9, was inaugurated today by Turkey's Prime Minister, HE Recep Tayyib Erdogen.

Among the VIPs attending the inauguration was Farhan Faraidooni, CEO of Sama Dubai, the international real estate investment and development arm of Dubai Holding and the Diamond Sponsor of the event.

The Forum is intended to highlight investment opportunities and potential partnerships between Turkey and Arab countries. Delegates will benefit from an in-depth analysis of Turkey's rapidly growing market and potential, as well as learning about the steps taken by Turkey to be part of the European Union.

"Sama Dubai's sponsorship of TAF reflects its commitment to investing in Turkey, a promising land of business opportunities and we believe our participation in the Forum will contribute to fostering even stronger relations between Turkey and the Arab World,"

said Faraidooni. CEO of Sama Dubai.

At TAF, Sama Dubai is showcasing its ground-breaking ventures being developed in Dubai and overseas. Sama Dubai's portfolio includes its major tourism and leisure projects.

TAF'06 is organised by the Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group, in cooperation with Turkey's Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK). The Forum will host regional and international business leaders, field experts and media representatives.
