Damac plans $545m expansion

Damac Properties is planning on moving into other regional and international markets and will spend around $545m in the process, reported Emirates Today. Damac recently announced a major new project in Qatar, The Piazza, but Chairman Hussain Saiwani has said that the company will soon reveal a $150m residential tower in Beirut and a $136.3m project in Amman, Jordan, which will consist of two residential towers.
