KM Properties has announced a freehold office tower in Dubai's Business Bay. The blue-grey 19 storey B2B Tower has been designed by architect Carlos Ott, who has also designed L'Opera de la Bastille and the National Bank of Dubai's headquarters on Dubai Creek. The tower will be ready by October 2008.
