Nakheel plans World resort

Nakheel is to build a luxury resort on one of the islands of The World project that it is developing, reported Gulf News. Nakheel's Chairman Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem would not be drawn on where the resort would be and the company is working on a brand for the resort. Meanwhile, bin Sulayem did confirm that a One and Only resort could be developed on the Tanzanian island of Zanzibar.
