Mr Jamal Hijris, Assistant General Manager, Retail Banking at BBK said, "the main purpose of this strategic partnership is to provide convenience and comfort to clients. Part of the brighter banking experience is to give clients an enjoyable experience where everything is at hand and available under one roof.'

MTC-Vodafone Director of Sales Mohammed Zainalabedin said We are happy about our presence in the BBK Financial Mall as it adds to our promise of providing our customers a new experience and creating Customer delight. Being in a one-stop shop for all your financial and telecom transactions is certainly a time-saver and represents the private sector joint co-operation to support the requirement of the different segments and industries in the market.

While visiting the BBK Adliya Financial Mall, MTC-Vodafone customers will now be able to pay their MTC-Vodafone bills, activate lines and enjoy our wide range of our services of voice and data mobile telephony.

Launched end of May this year, the BBK Adliya Financial Mall offers one-stop-shop financial services, where it also houses strategic 3rd party partners, such as MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain) and Secura (the joint insurance portfolio BBK has with Bahraini Kuwaiti Insurance Company - BKIC).

Customers are able to enjoy an automated queuing system, which replaces the conventional queues and will result in increased time efficiency. The queuing system is also applicable to MTC-Vodafone customers visiting the Financial Mall. Financial advisors are based on site to assist new and existing clients with BBK's product offerings and to provide advice regarding the best services that suit the individual customers' needs.

Additionally, those who wish to complete their e-banking at the site can also do so, with a dedicated e-bank station that links to the bank's online services. Reception staff, are on hand to direct waiting customers to the automated terminals in the cases for which transactions can be performed automatically. This will help minimize queuing and enhance time efficiency.

Attending the ceremony were BBK e-banking Senior Manager, Adel Salem, Head of Marketing, Khalid Al Khateb, MTC-Vodafone Retail and Experience Shop Manager Khalil Ismail and Marketing Communications Officer Mohammed Haji.

The Mall in Adliya replaces the old Adliya and Bahrain Center BBK branches, and is part of a longer term rollout plan which will replace most of the existing. A new facility is currently under construction in Budaiya. The Adliya mall is now fully open for business from 8am-8pm, Saturday until Thursday.
