Source IT conducts extensive training for Callem in Saudi Arabia

Callem is a new type of phone retailing experience, customer centric, reflecting the heartbeat of the young generation of Saudis. The training sessions began in Riyadh on 28th May 2006; covered Jeddah (3rd and 4th June) and finished in Dammam on 6th June 2006.

"Callem is a major addition as a retail partner for i-mate™ in Saudi Arabia and wanted to show their commitment to the brand. Callem demanded the highest level of retail training for their new retail store operations. These training sessions were held to help their staff become experts in the i-mate™ range and we were glad to support them by setting up the focused/customized training sessions throughout the major cities in Saudi Arabia."

The special training not only focused on special sales techniques but also familiarised the staff at Callem with the complete range of i-mate™ products and its services. Over 100 Callem sales persons and other related staff members attended the three training sessions.
