Mena Telecom opens first retail outlet in Gosi complex

Bahrain- based Mena Telecom, an investment subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House (Bahrain), yesterday opened its first retail outlet in the Kingdom of Bahrain at the GOSI Complex.
Mena Telecom's GOSI Complex outlet will serve as a dedicated one-stop shop for all the telecommunications services that the company offers which include: Carrier Pre-Select Services (CPS) that offers customers lower rates of 30% on their international fixed lines calls; Two Way Satellite Service, which implements cutting edge technology that allows users higher data rates than most systems. A powerful combination of access schemes means Mena Telecom users are guaranteed increased bandwidth, performance and efficiency; Broadband Applications, with competitive data rates up to 6.1Mbps on outbound and 1.6Mbps on inbound, Mena Telecom's broadband applications are high-speed, efficient, cost- effective and can suit varying needs and International Calling Cards, "Mena Talk" offers a prepaid, pay as you go service, which allows users to benefit from a significant reduction in IDD rates. Unlike most other calling cards, Mena Talk charges per second, optimizing customer's talk time.
Trained customer-service representatives will be on hand to answer customer queries, assist customers who wish to subscribe to Mena Telecom's international fixed line services Carrier Pre-Select Service, process bill payments and offer advice on all of the company's products and services. Mena Telecom's recently launched, pre-paid, international calling cards, Mena Talk will also be available at the outlet.
