Renhil Krishnan becomes Director of Food and Beverage for Dubai's Marco Polo Hotel

The Marco Polo Hotel in Dubai has announced the promotion of Renhil Krishnan as Director of Food and Beverage for this four star hotel property located in Deira.

Renhil, most recently served as Food and Beverage Manager since joining Marco Polo Hotel in 2002. A hotel and restaurant management graduate, he started his hotel career as management trainee at the Taj Group of Hotels in India. His first hotel assignment was at the Taj Hotel in Bengal.

With his dedication and hardwork, Renhil has rose from the ranks and moved on to focus his sights on the food and beverage operation. Having worked in a multitude of food and beverage outlets in various parts of India and with The Accor Group of Hotels in the Middle East and among many other Hotels, Renhil's experience and talents are multifaceted. .

Commenting on his visions for the Marco Polo Hotel on his new role, Renhil enthusiastically exclaimed,

"My objective is to make our dining outlets the highest profit centre of the entire hotel operation. Not only will I endeavor to make Marco Polo Hotel a hospitality byword but would like my signature restaurants BEYOND EL RANCHO and THE BOMBAY popular household names in Dubai dining. Additionally, I would like to create a dining experience for all our guests that is so exhilarating that the Guests becomes our only form of Advertising."
