Al Sarkal has had a notable career having worked for the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority in 1999 as a Head of the Auditing Department. In 2003 he joined Dubai Shopping Festival and was assigned the post of Finance Manager. 2005 saw him promoted as a Director of Finance and Administration with DSF. Al Sarkal holds a bachelors degree in Applied Science in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technologies in Dubai, and a High Diploma in Accounting, from the same college.
Al Sarkal extended his gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi and Her Excellency Shaikha Bodour Sultan Al Qasimi for the great trust placed in him and for choosing him for the position of CEO.
