Ahmed Al Idrissi, Area Manager for the Western Province, presented Qatar Airways' new fare structures, facilities, top destinations and summer promotions. He also thanked the travel agencies for their outstanding continued support and detailed Qatar Airways' strategy towards providing personalized service, which has resulted in the airline being recognized by Skytrax as the only five star carrier in the Middle East and most recently, Airline Of The Year at the annual Middle East and North Africa (MENA) travel awards in Dubai earlier this month.
"We have made personal attention and service quality our trademark. As part of our service commitment, we are expanding our route network to give our passengers a greater choice of destination with added comfort and convenience,"
asserted Al Idrissi. Al Idrissi added that Saudi families enjoy traveling to destinations in the Far East such as Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand in addition to South Africa and Europe. By monitoring travel tends, Qatar Airways continuously strives to improve service and reduce transit times to accommodate these demands.
