- PRESS RELEASE
A Canadian national, Peter Mainguy brings with him a wealth of expertise; of his twenty one years in the hospitality industry, 14 have been dedicated to the field of sales and marketing in the Middle East.
While some may recognize him from many a desert rally podium or as one of the members of the Harley Davidson club, Mainguy may more often be seen in the city's most intimate luxury hotel, The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, which was recently awarded the Dubai Quality Gold Award 2005.
"The award, which recognizes performance excellence and service achievement, confirms that quality is not a short-term approach to doing business. Instead it is a roadmap that allows us to achieve the highest customer and employee satisfaction in the industry," said Mainguy. "At The Ritz Carlton, Dubai a continued focus on these criteria is paramount to further increase employee and customer satisfaction, productivity and market share. I look forward to leading a wonderful team of Ladies and Gentlemen to new heights of success."
