Saeed Al Muntafiq, CEO of Tatweer, said:
"Tatweer has a strong commitment to nurture and develop young Emiratis. The interest shown in Tatweer during the Careers Fair was unprecedented. The networking event was organised to create a forum for interested nationals to acquaint themselves with Tatweer and its entities."
It also gave us an opportunity to assess their attitudes and interactive skills in an informal ambience - traits that we consider extremely essential to excel in today's dynamic industry environment."
Saeed Al Muntafiq's overview of Tatweer, its objectives, and diverse industry portfolio was followed by a briefing on Tatweer entities by the respective CEOs.
Apart from identifying a talented human resource base, the networking event significantly brought into focus Tatweer's management philosophy of building on the vast human capital in the UAE.
"The event comes as part of Tatweer's responsibility to provide young and deserving UAE nationals with potentials to prove their capabilities. It also allows us to create a talent pool of skilled UAE nationals who possess a will to contribute to Dubai's promising future," Al Muntafiq added.
As part of the event, Tatweer's human resource department used the responses obtained from the nationals to formulate an analysis on the progress of Emiratisation in the UAE.
