CA to help organizations in the Arab world put service lifecycle management to work

CA (NYSE:CA), one of the world's largest IT management software companies, today announced it will be the key technology sponsor of the upcoming Third Middle East IT Service Management Conference which will be held on 18 - 19 June.

This participation is part of CA's recent push to bring best practices in IT service management to customers in the region and comes on the heels of the announcement earlier this month that CA had teamed-up with The UAE's Zayed University to form the Gulf Chapter of the not-for-profit IT Service Management Forum (itSMF). itSMF's Gulf Chapter will be officially looking for new members to sign-up during the conference.
