Microsoft builds iPod rival

The Microsoft Corporation is developing a music and video rival to Apple's hugely successful iPod and is also creating its own music service to compete with iTunes, reported Reuters. It is believed Robbie Bach, who headed up the development of the Xbox video game business, is in charge of the project. The company has already demonstrated the new device.
