Free mobile transfers in Saudi

Saudi mobile phone subscribers can now switch between service providers and keep the same number without paying a fee, according to Communication and Information Technology Commission governor Muhammad Al Suwaiye quoted in Arab News. The organisation has agreed with operators Mobily and STC to manage a data base for transferring numbers.
