Providing the ultimate pre-flight experience, the spectacular 1300 square feet flagship outlet is equipped with several ticketing and reservation counters, and a dedicated counter each for Skywards and Emirates Holidays' customers. Also to be found is an e-booking kiosk.
HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates Airline and Group said:
"Ultra-modern, stylish, and offering top-notch on-ground assistance, the Travel Hub is in consonance with Emirates' attributes. Customers can plan and book their entire travel arrangements in relaxed surroundings guided by knowledgeable travel experts."
While waiting in the comfortable lounge area, which can accommodate up to 12 persons, customers can watch the bank of flat plasma TV screens continually showing the airline's latest product information and destinations briefs.
The airline - responsible for more than 50 per cent of all flight movements in and out of the Dubai International Airport - has launched dedicated travel hubs across the U.A.E to provide convenient, 'under-one-roof' travel solutions to the emirate's growing travel community.
"In taking these steps, Emirates is both underlining its current expansion strategy and further strengthening its position in the travel services sector," added Sheikh Ahmed.
The airline already runs two hugely successful travel hubs in Dubai; one at the Group's headquarters in Deira and a second at the Dnata Airline Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road; together with a travel hub each in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
The Emirates Travel hub at the Town Centre, Jumeirah will be open on all days of the week; 10 am - 9:30 pm from Saturdays to Thursdays and 2 pm - 9:30 pm on Fridays.
