Occupying a prize location at Jumeirah Lake Towers, with a marina view on three sides, the project offers flexible office space from 800 square feet and options to combine multiple units.

Andrew Chambers, Managing Director, Asteco, said:

'The success of Tiffany Tower shows the healthy demand for quality freehold office space in Dubai. Its proximity to Dubai's booming free zones also adds tremendous value to the project. Rates per square foot were in the region of AED770 at launch, but these have risen to more than AED825 now.'

A special dinner reception for buyers to mark the start of building work was held recently at Emirates Towers Hotel. More than 70 buyers and senior management from Asteco and developers Iffco group attended the event.

Dubai-based Asteco is managing sales and property consultancy for the 42-storey Tiffany Tower. The dedicated office tower has been designed by British consultancy company WS Atkins and offers 11,000 square feet of office space on each floor.

The project was launched in August 2005 and occupation will begin from the first quarter of 2008.

Key features include six elevators, balconies, an elegant lobby area, high-speed internet connections, parking spaces for even the smallest offices, and an ensuite pantry and toilet with each office unit.

Offices also enjoy shared facilities such as a business centre, wireless meeting rooms, a food court, recreation deck with gym and spa, lakeside promenade, retail outlets on the ground floor, ample parking for visitors, and modern security and car rental services.

Tiffany Tower is promoted by Tiffany Realty Ltd., a member of the Iffco Group of Companies. Iffco is a leading UAE-based business house, which manufactures and markets a broad range of consumer products. Iffco products are sold in more than 70 countries across the world.
