DSS kicks off on ice

Dubai Summer Surprises, the emirate's 10-week shopping and entertainment festival, kicked off at the Mall of the Emirates last night with a spectacular display of ice dancing by Shangri-La ice circus, a 23-member Russian troupe of acrobats. Ice Surprises week is the first of different themes for each week of the festival.
