A shared loan agreement between Samra Electricity Company and an alliance from Cairo Amman Bank (Agent) and Arab Jordan Investment Bank

A 25 million J.D loan agreement has been signed on Thursday June 22, 06 between Samra Electricity Company and both Cairo Amman Bank and Arab Jordan Investment Bank aiming to widen Samra station adding a gas production unit.

The agreement was signed by Chairman Board of Samra Electricity Co. Mr. Deif Allah Al-Dalabeeh and Chairman Board of Cairo Amman Bank Mr. Khaled Al- Masri and Chairman Board of Arab Jordan Investment Bank Mr.Abdel Kader Al-Qadi.

This initiative assures the continuation of the effective role of banks in serving public and electricity sectors which carry vital strategic importance for national economy.

Cairo Amman Bank participation in such agreements and according to its plans in developing the nation's public and private sectors especially ones which better citizen and society quality of life.
The agreement was signed by Chairman Board of Samra Electricity Co. Mr. Deif Allah Al-Dalabeeh and Chairman Board of Cairo Amman Bank Mr. Khaled Al- Masri and Chairman Board of Arab Jordan Investment Bank Mr.Abdel Kader Al-Qadi.
