Xceed on tour with the Egyptian Minister of IT & Telecommunications

Xceed Contact Center is officially invited to join the Second Official Visit of His Excellency, Dr. Tarek Kamel, Egypt's Minister of Communications and Information Technology, to the United States of America from June 19th through June 25th, 2006.

The tour will kick off in Washington D.C. moving to New York, meeting with prominent chambers, associations and commercial businesses.

The second official visit of H.E. Dr. Tarek Kamel is intended to foster relationships between the Egyptian IT private sector and key US industry associations, government entities, and commercial entities that could potentially partner with Egyptian companies. The Egyptian Minister intends to present business contracting opportunities and partnerships for American companies who are interested in doing business in Egypt. In addition, the visit is to promote investment opportunities to key U.S. investors that could potentially partner with Egyptian companies. Xceed and other Egyptian technology leaders will be there in support as well as to highlight the Egyptian government's support of Egypt's ICT sector and its capabilities.

The Northern Virginia Technology Council will be hosting a reception for H.E. Dr. Tarek Kamel, Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and a delegation of Egyptian technology leaders; amongst them will be Xceed Contact Center. This event will be held on Monday, June 19th, 2006, at the Hilton Mclean Hotel Tysons Corner.

There will also be a luncheon on Tuesday, June 20 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington, DC, hosted by the Embassy of Egypt in Washington and the National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce (NUSACC) for the Egypt's Minister of Communications and Information Technology.

In New York, The American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt is hosting a Special Luncheon on Thursday, June 22, at the St. Regis Hotel. H.E. Dr. Tarek Kamel, will present his speech titled "Investment in Egypt: The IT & Telecom Sector as a Model", which will highlight the transformations that are currently taking place in Egypt on the economic front, and the effect these changes are having on the investment climate, with a special focus on the IT and Telecom Sector.

"For anyone currently doing business in Egypt or the Middle East, or interested in doing business in this region, this reception is not to be missed," noted by NVTC.
