Oman airports, numbers up

Seeb and Salalah airports witnessed healthy growth across all sectors in the first five months of the year, reported the Oman Daily Observer. Seeb International Airport handled 1.9m passengers up to the end of May, an increase of 29.5%, while Salalah Airport's passenger numbers rose by 22.5% to 116,000. Civil air traffic rose by 10.8%, to almost 20,000 flights, while air cargo rose by 21.2% to 37.4m kg.
