ART scores an own goal

World Cup broadcaster ART has come under fire for the poor quality of its service, reported Campaign Middle East. Saudi football fans confronted ART employees outside their offices complaining about signal quality, while, in the UAE, newspaper 7Days ran a campaign to get scores and timings put on screen. Other fans have voiced annoyance at being unable to get through to call centres or waiting days to be connected.
