To be held in Houston, Texas, the three day forum will bring together over 1,500 heads of major companies and institutions as well as US and Arab government leaders to discuss and initiate partnerships to promote economic growth through investments in the region.

Hashim Al Dabal, CEO of Dubai Properties said: "Our long term strategy is to strengthen US-Arab relations with a focus on business and economics. In line with the UAE's vision to bridge cultures through commercial initiatives, Dubai Properties follows a policy of promoting investment and integration into the region.

"As one of the main Synergy Sponsors, Dubai Properties is pleased to support the US-Arab Economic Forum, and join government and business leaders in exploring ways to create a shared stake in a prosperous future between the US and the Arab World."

Through the forum, Dubai Properties will interact with top-tier business leaders to discuss opportunities in industries ranging from energy, financial services and healthcare to information technology, trade and tourism.

Al Dabal added: "Through our participation in the premier event, Dubai Properties is glad to contribute to business and policy decisions that span the regions. It also reflects our priority beyond Dubai Properties, which includes promoting the region's economic growth and global security."

Some of the topics that will be addressed at the forum comprise: Exploring the future landscape of the US-Arab energy relationship; Getting youth development right: the new competitive face of the Arab world; and Turning the camera on the media: when a world of bias embraces change.

The US-Arab Economic Forum is one of the most important communication platforms for American and Arab policy makers. It is a vital component of an on-going process of promoting economic relationships and investment between the US and Arab nations.
