FCS appoint new Systems Manager

Mr Jamal will be responsible for projects related to fire, security, access control and BMS (Building Management System).

With more than 15-years work experience, Indian-born Mr Jamal is a self-motivated employee and brings a wealth of experience with him. Prior to joining Fakhro Commercial Services, he worked with Abdulla Fouad Co. as a technical/ study manager for IP products. He was involved in presenting, developing and applying solutions in accordance with market requirements, as well as coordinating with the sales, technical and operations departments within the company. One of Mr Jamal's biggest achievements with Abdullah Fouad Co. was his involvement with the SR30-million contract 'Intrusion Detection and Assessment System (IDAS)' programme that was set up at the King Fahad Industrial Port, Yanbu.

Mr Jamal's career also includes a stint with International Fibre Systems in Europe where he worked as technical manager Middle East. He has also spent four years working with Riyadh Saudi Technical Systems (RSTS).

Fakhro Commercial Services has developed exclusive representation for international names like M.K Electric [wiring devices], Brand Rex [structured cabling], ABB (lighting control system), APW (cabinets and enclosures), Ventilux (emergency lighting products), EGA and AIM (cable management products) and Vulcascot (rubber cable products), among others.

At Fakhro Commercial Services Mr Jamal is responsible for overseeing all activities of the systems division. His current portfolio includes many projects, like the setting up of ABB lighting control systems for 78 Villas at the Al Areen Spa, Remote Telemetry Application for 7 stations with Batelco, as well as involvement in product-portfolios companies, such as Honeywell ADI (CCTV& access control), ABB lighting control, TBOX (remote telemetry), Morley IAS (fire alarm), and system sensor (access control), among others.
