Riffa Views names CEO

Mr Browning brings over 25 years of development management experience to the post. His arrival comes as Riffa Views completes the extensive design and approval process and commences initial groundwork and construction of Bahrain's first residential golfing community.

As a specialist in the development, construction and management of world-class resort and leisure complexes for the last 15 years, Mr Browning has wide experience in all aspects of leisure resort construction and management including financial structuring, master planning, marketing and sales to local and international markets.

He has overseen the development of six multi-million dollar world class residential golf communities in South Africa where his most recent project involved the launch, development and delivery of South Africa's prestigious Oubaai Golf Resort. This included the first Ernie Els signature golf course, residential housing, hotel, amenities and retail outlets. Under Richard Browning's management, the Oubaai Golf Resort won recognition as one of the best golf courses and developments in the country, and achieved a total sell-out of properties in the development period.
