Reef Real Estate Investment Co. launches new project in Lebanon

In the presence of Sheikh Ahmed Mohammad Zayed Saqer Al Nahyan, the Managing Director of Reef Real Estate Investment, and along with some media, Reef Real Estate launched 'Bhersaf Tourist Village' in Lebanon.
The project will be built at the shoulder of the mountain on area of 23,000 sq. meters. All villas consist of four (4) storey houses, designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy for its owners. There is a swimming pool for each villa and all the villas have a good view of the sea and the capital city.
"The total project costs $20 million and has been contracted with M/s Erga Group for designing and supervision since the start of its preparation until the processing of the plot leveling. It is expected to be completed by end of 2008 and the project will be equipped with water system, electricity and air conditioning with cooling and heating available 24 hours continuously, and has 24-hrs advanced security system," said Sheikh Ahmed.
"The project is sure to be an architectural masterpiece in the mountains of Lebanon and no less than the high quality of Reef Real Estate Company has contributed in this project," Sheikh Ahmed added.
