First awarded to Dnata three years ago, the IATA AHM 804 certification for performance measurement of service delivery standards was recently re-accredited after an audit and customer verification process.
It joins an array of quality and safety awards which distinguish Dnata as one of only a few ground handling organisations in the world certified and accredited to a comprehensive range of international standards.
In addition to IATA AHM 804 certification, Dnata holds ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certification, AHS 1000 accreditation for quality service delivery, ISO 14001 Environment Management System certification, Ground Handling International's Ramp Safety Award, and the Dubai Quality Appreciation Award for Business Excellence.
