Bigger is better for Al Ghazal Transport

Al Ghazal's limousine service has added more than 30 Chevrolet Caprice LS vehicles to its existing fleet of Mercedes E200 luxury sedans. The modern taxi service Al Ghazal Express has also acquired 30 plus full-option Nissan Altima saloon cars to complement its existing line-up of Toyota Camrys.

Mr. Ghulam Ahmed, Acting General Manager of Al Ghazal Transport, said: "Al Ghazal has established a well deserved reputation for being the number one transport company from and within Abu Dhabi, and we intend to build on our leadership and service quality with ongoing, strategic investment."

Mr. Ahmed added: "Abu Dhabi's rapid growth has created demand across the service network for limousines, taxis, car hire and bus services - and inevitably increased the competition. Al Ghazal recently created a dedicated sales and marketing department with more than 20 staff to integrate the marketing efforts of its full portfolio, and this has had a major positive impact on business growth and brand awareness for Al Ghazal Transport."

Al Ghazal's bus service has expanded its network to improve services to the Northern Emirates. Buses now travel daily between Abu Dhabi and Ajman. Al Ghazal buses also run between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, Al Ain and Dubai, and Al Ain and Sharjah.

Al Ghazal's car rental division has also received a makeover with 50 plus brand new 2006 Nissan Tiida small cars now available to customers in the UAE capital. Al Ghazal now operates a 24-hour customer service facility for car hire at three leading Abu Dhabi Hotels - Sheraton Abu Dhabi, Emirates Palace Hotel, and the Millennium Hotel - and Abu Dhabi International Airport.
