Solidarity, $50m rights issue

Takaful company Solidarity has completed the first $50m rights issue phase of its overall $175m capital increase. The second phase will be in the form of a $75m private placement, while the final phase will be an IPO, aiming to raise a further $50m. The capital increase is to enable Solidarity to implement its strategy of expansion in major international markets.
