$160m Combined Saudi set up

A $160m joint venture company, the Combined Saudi Company, has been set up in the kingdom, reported Arab News. The new entity intends to promote Saudi-Kuwaiti investment in a range of different sectors including real estate, health care and tourism. Kuwait's Investment Dar owns 35% of the share capital, as does the Al Dammam Construction Company, while the remaining shares will be offered to selected investors.
