Al-Quds College Training Centre signs an agreement with Morgan Group

Based on this agreement, the College's Training Center will be offering the SHRM® Essentials of Human Resource Management Certificate program which covers principles and basics of human resources' administration. The training program will be conducted by Mrs. Hind Othman, the HR expert and Head of Al-Quds College's HR and Training Center.

The program, which is being held for the first time in Jordan, provides a chance for more career success, and aims at acquiring the needed knowledge and the basic skills related to the actual practice of all HR activities in modern corporations. At the completion of this program, trainees are awarded a certificate of completion issued by the American HR Society, SHRM®; the world's largest union of HR experts & consultants.

The program focuses on the basics of managing Human Resources and the daily HR challenges such as contacts of employment, employee handbooks, HR policies and procedures, salary and benefits reviews, recruitment appraisal, as well as training needs analysis. The program is directed towards HR staff managers and supervisors, brand managers, business professionals, small business owners, trainers, staffing and recruiting specialists & anyone responsible for managing people.
