The Abu Dhabi Securities Market is to publish details of any transactions carried out by directors or executives of listed companies on its web site, reported Gulf News. The published information will include quantities, prices, dates and timings of the transactions but will not name the individuals concerned. Rashid Al Beloushi, the acting DG of the ADSM, hoped that this step would enhance transparency in the market.
