Oman procures Microsoft licences

Mohammed bin Nasser Al Khusaibi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Information Technology Authority in Oman, has signed a $17m deal with Microsoft to purchase the necessary licences to use Microsoft desktop products. The agreement will allow Oman to use the licensed products on 22,500 PCs across various government organisations.
