Prior to that, Mr. Baltussen was the Managing Director and CEO of Saudi Hollandi Bank in Saudi Arabia".
H.E. Al Tayer added: "Mr. Baltussen brings with him a wealth of general banking experience ranging from Corporate and Retail banking services, Capital Markets, Credit, Treasury and Cash Management.
