The core responsibility of the sales staff is to help clients identify suitable property investment opportunities in 'The Lagoons', a landmark development located in the heart of Dubai.
In addition to the dedicated sales and leasing teams for retail, office, residential and hotel real estate, the new office will also include the development, design, and project management staff working on 'The Lagoons' project.
Commenting on the opening of the new sales office, Farhan Faraidooni, CEO of Sama Dubai said:
"Through this office, 'The Lagoons' sales team can expand on the high level of service to our current clients and reach out to new clients. The team's performance and consistency in exceeding targets have been nothing short of stellar. Our successes cannot only be attributed to the unique offerings and strategic location of the project; they are testimony to the overall success of the entire team working on 'The Lagoons' and to their commitment to client service, teamwork, professionalism, and integrity."
Following an earlier than anticipated sell out of phase I of the project, and the continued swift selling of phase II, currently on offer, buyers are expected to continue to be drawn to the numerous features of the master planned development. Phase II sales offers 50,000 - 1,000,000 square feet gross floor area (GFA) land plots for residential, retail, commercial, and hotel use.
Abdulsalam Almarri, CEO of 'The Lagoons' said: "Our professionals have extensive experience in working as true partners with a diverse set of clients, offering services specifically to address our clients' requests for flexibility and efficiency on an international basis. I am especially proud of our success in attracting new customers on the local and international level, despite a very competitive environment in the industry."
The speed at which available land plots have been snapped up confirms industry analysts' belief that 'The Lagoons' will be a distinctive development within Dubai's booming property sector. Land sales in the signature development have been exceptional with immense interest being generated from a variety of customers. Investors, developers, and end-users alike have shown enthusiasm to be a part of this distinctive development, since the initial announcement.
'The Lagoons' development has many unique features, which has enabled it to continue attracting interest amidst the surge of real estate projects currently being developed in the UAE and across the region. The landmark project's close proximity to Dubai International Airport and excellent access to Emirates Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, as well as other major arterial routes in Dubai set it apart from other developments.
But perhaps what stands out as one the most striking features of 'The Lagoons' is that it has embraced environmental excellence as a cornerstone of the development and promised to provide an inimitable experience of 'environmental living on Dubai Creek.' It is one of the first projects in Dubai to undertake a comprehensive Integrated Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), following international standards across all its facets.
A series of enhanced waterways and delightful buffer islands next to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary will offer future residents of 'The Lagoons' the pleasure of living close to Dubai Creek's diverse bird life, flora and fauna.
'The Lagoons' future residents will enjoy spectacular views and vistas in a development that has been designed and constructed to be in harmony with the surrounding ecosystems. The project is set to offer inspiring landscaped surroundings enhanced by a plethora of waterways, parks and green belts with reduced density housing and reduced building heights.
In line with the project's promise of an idyllic living experience, residents will also have nuances of culture on their doorstep in the form of Dubai's first Opera House, designed by an internationally acclaimed architect. Other cultural elements will include a planetarium, museum, art center and theater. 'The Lagoons' will offer freehold property with 100 per cent ownership to all nationalities.
Construction of the 'The Lagoons' commenced earlier this year and is on schedule. All facets of the project will be implemented by 2010.
