DigitalSkys appoint Board Chairman

HH Prince Bander Bin Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al-Saud, President and CEO of Soroof International, completed his bachelor's degree in aeronautical science in 1972, before enjoying a successful and highly decorated career within the Royal Saudi Air Force.

In 1993 he completed his master's degree in National Security from the National Defense University in Washington DC and in 1994 went on to obtain an MPA from George Washington University.

Commenting on his appointment, HH Prince Bander Bin Abdullah expressed his strong commitment to the new role. The appointment comes as DigitalSkys seek to take commercial advantage of their successful deployment of the latest generation of two-way, high speed satellite based platforms, by reaching new customers across diverse territories and business sectors.

Future growth is to be part funded through the company's upcoming listing on the Australian Stock Exchange.
