More than 1,600 delegates have registered for the integrated programme of employee, partner and customer seminars.

The UserNet EMEA 2006 was attended by a host of FileNet partners in the Middle East, including Gulf Commercial Group (GCG) Digital Imaging and Office Services Solutions, EBLA Computer Consultancy, Gulf Computers, DataServe and Alesayi. FileNet worked closely with its partners to ensure that several key FileNet customers from the Middle East were present at the five-day event, and also organized sales training for its partners before the start of the conference. With the 2006 FIFA World Cup also being hosted in Germany, the theme for this year's conference was "Team to Win."

Lee Roberts, Chairman and CEO, FileNet Corporation, said, "Business success depends upon teamwork which is in turn enabled by the effective sharing of information and processes both within and beyond the enterprise. The growth in attendance at this year's event demonstrates that companies increasingly recognise this fact and are interested to learn from the experiences of their peers. It also demonstrates that, in just its second year of existence, FileNet EMEA UserNet is becoming a key event in the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) calendar."

As well as serving as a discussion forum for the latest technology developments, FileNet EMEA UserNet is an opportunity for FileNet customers to showcase best practice in the use of Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management (BPM) technologies. Delegates also have the opportunity to network with their regional and industry peers and to participate in multiple breakout sessions tailored to the needs of partners and customers.
