- PRESS RELEASE
A Tunisian delegation comprising businessmen and entrepreneurs who visited Jafza recently to explore the possibility of setting up companies in the free zone were highly impressed with the quality of infrastructure facilities available at Jafza and have expressed keen willingness to establish operations here.
Speaking on the occasion, Al Banna said, "We are glad to welcome the Tunisian delegation to Jafza. Dubai's strategic geographic location makes it ideally suited for multinational companies to base their operations in, and Jafza with its world-class infrastructure and support services serves as an attractive investment destination for companies from around the world. Tunisian business enterprises planning to set up operations in Jafza can be assured of our total support and cooperation."
"At present there are eleven Tunisian companies operating in Jafza in various industrial sectors, and this number is expected to rise significantly in the coming months," added Al Banna.
Jafza offers a range of advantages to companies establishing operations in the zone, such as simple administrative procedures, zero duties on all import and export goods and machineries within the free zone, modern communication facilities and excellent support services. More than 5,000 companies from over 120 countries, including about 150 Fortune 500 companies, have set up facilities at Jafza.
