Tamweel listed on Dubai Financial Market

Tamweel PJSC, UAE's leading provider of home finance, has announced that listing and trading of its shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) will be starting on July 10, 2006.
The listing of Tamweel's shares on the premier stock exchange will open up significant opportunities for investors to participate in the growth and expansion of one of the region's leading home finance provider.
Talking about the listing, Sheikh Khaled Al Nehayan, Chairman of Tamweel, said: "It is a proud moment not only for us at Tamweel but also for our partners and people who have stood by us through these last few years. We have always received support and loyalty from our associates which is evident not only from the success of the company but also the success of the IPO. Also speaking on the occasion of the listing, Mr. Adel Al Shirawi, CEO of Tamweel, said: "Right from our inception, Tamweel has played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the mortgage finance sector in the region.
