Korn/Ferry International has today announced that it has appointed Nicolaos Paxinos as a Senior Client Partner for its Leadership Development Solutions practice in the Middle East.
Nicolaos has over 18 years of diverse experience and expertise across various functions, industries and cultures. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Nicolaos worked as a management consultant for global management consulting firms - A.T. Kearney and Monitor Company. As a consultant to businesses in Europe and the Middle East, Nicolaos gave counsel on critical issues such as Corporate Strategy, Governance, M&A, Valuation, Operational Effectiveness, and Enterprise Transformation.
At Korn/Ferry International - Middle East, Nicolaos would be responsible for its
Leadership Development Solutions practice, which helps clients maximize stakeholder value by providing the tools and expertise needed to close existing gaps between management competencies and business strategy. He will partner with clients to create outstanding leadership teams who would successfully implement innovative strategies to businesses in the region.
