Dubai land deals, $172m

Land transactions in Dubai last week totalled $172.1m, with sales accounting for more than $72.4m of this, according to the Land Department. 48 sales were recorded, with the most valuable being a plot in Al Jadaf, which was sold for $7.9m. The Emirates Hills-1 area was the most active in terms of sales, with 10 transactions.
