50 diners at a popular restaurant in Jeddah were admitted to hospital over the weekend suffering from severe food poisoning, reported Arab News. The King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital and the King Abdul Aziz University Hospital treated dozens of diners who had eaten at the Mabshour restaurant in the Al Jamaa area. The Jeddah municipality has subsequently closed down the restaurant.
